There are essentially three primary functions that will be addressed here: Perform all the marketing functions pertaining to this domain and all its subsidiaries, serve our affiliates, partners and sponsors as an invested interest, and accurately organize content in such a way as to make related goods and services desirable. Emphasis is on the phrase "Accurately Organize", as this recipe has, does and will continue to serve this community well into the future. We serve affected publics, as well as ourselves while understanding that we will treat others as we ourselves expect to be treated. If we ask for something, by Jatslo, we expect to get what we asked for.
There are no forces, ideas, or influences that counteract or compensate other than those that address unfair advantages that are misleading. There are many of us with web-sites with just as many variations of rules, this is true; yet, there is a very high percentage of those who have rules, who simply cannot grasp the concept of them. Rules are designed to control and influence, in such a way, as to positively affect the bottom-line as it relates to the user experience. This is our core philosophy, a good one, and worthy of emulation. This means that setting an example is incumbent upon us all, and if that sounds political, that is because, this is political.
Power and politics, oh my. Most of us who have attended college should remember being drilled about power: control and influence, and politics: calculated advancement. "Abuse of Power" and "Dirty Politics", which we consider public enemies number one and two, are real threats; this is true. This is why rules are, in fact, so very important, and we cannot stress that enough. In fact, calling them rules are dangerous in their own right, because many people do not like to be governed, whereas the term "Rule" implies governance. The term "Guideline" is more befitting, because you are offering official advise concerning a line that marks a correct position.
To be successful within this 21st-century, when success is derived from the volunteer participation of an affected public, is to say that there is a degree of logical truth to something or someone. This is another true proposition that guides our thinking; our actions, and it seems only fair that we share this philosophy. Unfortunately, there are powers; forces that are very adept at selling someone or something on false pretenses; this is the truth. Those of us that are successful, because of moral implication concerning one or more logical relations are theoretically in the position to widen gaps; this is also very true. These truths that are so prevalent here are very critical, and concern the restoration of something that is very imbalanced.
We are very much concerned about balance, and this is why we have an invested interest in your success. The manner in which something is shown, expressed, or laid out is just as important for you as it is for us, and this is because to market you, we must first successfully market ourselves; this is true. We are presently in a situation in which the general market is failing to allocate resources fairly, while at the same time the general market is succeeding at allocating resources efficiently. This means that the window of opportunity is much smaller by comparison to the recent past. Many of us are presently living in a state of disequilibrium, which is reflected in the state of economy; the recession.
We do not believe that the present recession has fully metabolized into a full depression. A depression today is unprecedented, and thus, has no parallel or equal. The Great Depression from 1929 to 1939 was small by comparison. To reach equilibrium today is the same as stating that we are content and are passive, and while some of us have reached that desired state, there are still many others who have not. Disequilibrium shifted forward proportionately; strategically is healthy, when it moves us to a higher state of equilibrium, such as increased mortality rates, for instance. If the economy is allowed to deteriorate unchecked; unbalanced, things will become increasingly tense or worse.
The declining dollar, for instance, will decrease the value of balance sheets, such as cash. What somebody thought of as retirement, suddenly comes to realize that they had not accounted for a declining dollar. They are spending two maybe three times as much on food than they planed for, for example. What does all of this have to do with marketing? The proper motivation, for starters. If you are not a producer of goods and/or services, then you better be retired with a substantial nest egg, because jobs are going to be very hard to come by. That is correct, we are lobbying for market fragmentation, or an increase in suppliers.
